To install this shower system, please follow these steps carefully to ensure a secure and leak-free setup:

Step 1: Prepare the Water Outlets

Start by creating two water outlets using 1/2" female thread fittings or 1/2" drop elbows.

The distance between these two outlets should be between 11" and 12" to match the shower valve’s width.


Step 2: Install the First Set of Elbows

Take the gray elbows (1/2" F - 3/4" M) and wrap their threaded ends with Teflon tape to ensure a tight, leak-proof seal.

Connect these gray elbows to the 1/2" drop elbows on the wall.


Step 3: Cover the Wall Openings

Slide the two rounded faceplates over the gray elbows to cover the holes in the wall, giving a clean and finished look.


Step 4: Install the Brass Elbows

Take the brass elbows (3/4" F - 3/4" M) and wrap their threaded ends with Teflon tape as well.

Connect these brass elbows to the gray elbows already installed.

Adjust the position of the brass elbows to ensure they align with the width of the shower valve.


Step 5: Secure the Valve

Attach the mounting bracket to the lower part of the shower valve.

Connect the two inlets of the valve (the ones with nuts) to the brass 3/4" M elbows using O-ring washers to prevent leaks.

Tighten the connections securely using a hex wrench.

Finally, screw the bracket into the wall to hold the valve firmly in place.


Step 6: Install the Diverter and Top Pipe

Connect the diverter to the valve.

Then attach the top pipe leading to the showerhead.

Make sure to use Teflon tape and O-ring washers on all threaded connections to prevent leaks.
