Shipping Policy

At Keshmark, we proudly offer handcrafted Moroccan home decor, lighting, faucets, sinks, and custom brass pieces made with care by skilled artisans. Because many of our products are handmade and made to order, processing and production times may vary depending on the item, size, quantity, and customization requested.

Processing & Production Time

Most items are handmade to order. Production time usually depends on the product type and complexity 4-8days. Smaller in-stock items may ship faster, while custom, oversized, or handmade pieces may require additional time to complete.

Before shipping, we may send photos or videos of the finished item for customer approval when needed, especially for custom orders.

Shipping Methods

We ship most orders using trusted express carriers such as:

FedEx Express, DHL Express, UPS, or Aramex Express

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is usually:

5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Free Express Shipping

Keshmark offers free express shipping on many orders unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed for special custom orders. Shipping costs are already included in the product price for eligible items.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier picks up the package.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Keshmark and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Customs delays may happen and are outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Keshmark is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has shipped.

Damaged Packages

We carefully package our handmade items to protect them during international shipping. Fragile products may be packed securely, including protective packaging or wooden boxes when needed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send:

Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the shipping label
Photos of the box from different angles

These photos are required so we can open a claim with the shipping carrier and help resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, we will help you contact the shipping carrier and follow up on the shipment. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we may need to open an investigation with the carrier before offering a replacement or solution.

Handmade & Custom Orders

Because many Keshmark products are handmade, slight variations in color, finish, hammering, texture, and size may occur. These natural differences are part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Custom-made items may require extra production time and cannot always be canceled once production has started.
